Based in Stockholm, Sweden, we create epic cinematic original soundtracks and highly detailed, impactful sound design for games as a dedicated division within the creative team of Makewaves audio. We believe audio is one of the most powerful tools in interactive storytelling, shaping emotion, building tension, and bringing characters and worlds to life.

From characters and vehicles to weapons, environments, and entire worlds, sound defines how a game feels and how players experience it. Our goal is to translate creative vision, story, and gameplay into expressive, immersive audio that feels authentic to the world it belongs to.

Guided by the principles of Makewaves audio, curiosity, collaboration, and sonic excellence, we work closely with developers, designers, and creative teams to shape cohesive sonic identities for every project.

We have collaborated with studios across the industry, from independent developers to AAA teams, including Ubisoft, CCP Games, 4A Games, Rockfish Games, Annapurna, Square Enix, Niantic, Blizzard, and Rogue.

Our work spans original music composition and sound design across a wide range of styles and genres and everything in between. Whether creating cinematic themes, atmospheric soundscapes, or hybrid electronic scores, our music supports the emotional arc and identity of the game. Through detailed sound design and careful sonic craftsmanship, we bring characters, weapons, vehicles, and environments to life.
